Missions Team
The goal of the Missions Team is to facilitate initiatives that positively impact our community through: 
Food Pantry
 
Narcotics Anonymous
NA meets at the church on Monday and Wednesday nights at 8:00 p.m. 
 
Fluvanna Christian Service Society

In order to meet the needs of our county, a group of churches came together, and sought specific ways to meet the needs of people in Fluvanna. The ministries include: food bank; Christmas gift drive for children and seniors, community worship services, emergency assistance, second-hand store, scholarships.

One of our biggest projects is the annual Happy Face Program. Our church plays a big part in the party. Social Service provides up with the names of families and we invite them to a morning that makes families smile. Toys are donated, a special Christmas story, entertainment, refreshments a food basket and a $20.00 voucher for each child so a parent can have a gift under the tree on Christmas morning.

Fluvanna County Habitat for Humanity
This congregation is a covenant church with Habitat. We have pledged our support through our prayers, gifts, and service. For more information about Habitat for Humanity follow the link to www.fluvannahabitat.org.
 
Women’s Prison Ministry
In our community is the Fluvanna Correctional Center which is a maximum security prison for women. Members of our congregation volunteer at the prison. We also collect items for Christmas and support Kairos prison ministry.
